How to earn rewards
One Reward Point per dollar (AUD) spent:
- Every time you shop at bluesage.com.au, the amount of your purchase will be credited to your account. Purchases using gift cards, rewards, vouchers or other non-monetary methods as payment do not qualify to earn Rewards or Offers.
Reward Points (RP) for every Blue Sage EcoCandle container you return or reuse:
- For every Blue Sage container you return or reuse, you will be rewarded: 50RP for a large container, 30RP for medium or 10RP for small. The container needs to be returned together with its lid (if any), empty, clean and in good condition (not broken). See Reduce, Reuse, Recycle for more details.

- You will receive an eGift card worth $5 for every 100 Reward Points accumulated.

Account holders only offers and discounts
- Account holders will receive seasonal offers and discounts either by email or SMS.
To redeem online, simply use the redemption code provided in your email or SMS.
Blue Sage will endeavour to notify you by email the balance of your account on a regular basis, but does not accept liability for any failure to do so. You may also check your balance simply by sending an email to blue.sage@icloud.com.
Blue Sage Account Terms & Conditions
- Customers are welcome to open a Blue Sage Account where you can track and view past purchases, update personal details and accumulate Reward Points. Opening an account constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- There is no cost to open an account with Blue Sage.
- To open an account, please: (a) Provide your name, valid email address and mobile phone number upon joining. You will not be asked for your date of birth unless you opt-in for Birthday Rewards (offer sent on a separate email); and (b) In accordance with our Privacy Policy, confirm your agreement to receive marketing communications, news and other information relating to Blue Sage.
- The Rewards Program is for your own personal use only; it is not transferable and must not be used for commercial purposes.
- Blue Sage reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior written notice.
Rewards and Offers Terms and Conditions
- Rewards Points, Offers and Discount Vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Rewards Points, Offers and Discount Vouchers are forfeited if the purchase is returned (unless returned because it is faulty or as required by law).
- No change will be given for any unused portion of a Reward or Offer.
- Rewards Points, Offers and Discount Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Qualifying purchases can only be made online at bluesage.com.au. Purchases made from third party websites and stockists are excluded from the Program.
- Rewards Points, Offers and Discount Vouchers may only be redeemed online at bluesage.com.au.
- Blue Sage privacy policy forms part of the Rewards Program terms & conditions. At Blue Sage we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide us with will be used for the purpose of communicating to you any special offers, previews or discounts. See our Privacy Policy.
- Blue Sage reserves the right to amend or stipulate additional terms and conditions for any Program Rewards or Offers, which will be provided at the time of each Reward or Offer.
Returns
If you return any item, the amount of the purchase price will be deducted from your account spend balance. If you return an item purchased using a Reward or Offer, the Reward or Offer will be forfeited, except where merchandise is returned because it is faulty or otherwise as required by law. If an item purchased using a Reward or Offer is returned because it is faulty or otherwise required by law, a new equivalent Reward or Offer will be issued and made available on your account within 72 hours. The equivalent Reward or Offer is subject to the same terms and conditions as the original Reward or Offer. You will be able to keep any Reward or Offer that may have been earned from a purchase that is then returned because it is faulty or as required by law, but the amount of the return will be deducted from your account, which may result in a negative balance.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Sage is not responsible for any problems, delays, or inability to operate this Program; any liability for emails which are misdirected, not received or lost; or any technical malfunction beyond Blue Sage’s control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Sage excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program. This Program and related services are provided to you on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied under laws other than those that cannot be lawfully excluded, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. From time to time, there may be information on the Blue Sage website or in other promotional materials that contains typographical or other errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Blue Sage reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information.
Suspension or termination of account
- By Blue Sage: Blue Sage may suspend or terminate an account at any time in its discretion, if it has reason to believe that the account holder has not complied with these terms and conditions.
- By you: you may close and delete your account at any time by contacting Blue Sage. Please allow up to 5 working days for Blue Sage to give effect to your request.
- Any Rewards and spend balances will be automatically cancelled and forfeited on termination.
General Terms and Conditions
- No transfer: Blue Sage accounts or Rewards or Offers cannot be assigned, transferred or combined with other accounts.
- Errors: Blue Sage reserves the right to cancel or reverse any Rewards or Offers issued in error or remove any transaction which has been cancelled or reversed or where Blue Sage reasonably believes fraudulent or inappropriate conduct has occurred.
- Discontinuation: Blue Sage may at any time by notice to account holders, amend, discontinue, withdraw or terminate the Reward Program at any time.
- Variations: Blue Sage may amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing them on the Blue Sage website (bluesage.com.au).
- Waiver: Any delay or failure by Blue Sage in exercising its rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Blue Sage.
- Changes to your details: To ensure you receive information about the Reward Program, please advise Blue Sage of any changes to your name or contact details. Blue Sage may request that you provide additional information to verify these changes.
- Currency: All amounts stated in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars.
- Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law.
- Interaction with other terms: These terms and conditions are additional to any other terms and conditions and policies that apply to your purchases, return of goods, use of the Blue Sage website or any other voucher, discount, or offer of Blue Sage.

Offers: An offer is any promotional benefit extended to you from time to time that is not a Reward.
Rewards: A Reward is any loyalty benefit extended to you that is part of the standard Blue Sage loyalty program.
